Eat your Carbs to fuel your brain.

People who love to eat are always the best people! I don't diet ...I don't restrict anything...and I have everything that I want but in moderation. I have a husband that loves me dearly and he doesn't want me to be as skinny as shit . I was skinny 10 years ago and that was great when I only had myself to worry about... but now I have moved passed that... I am a mom. I have a whole family to feed and nourish and I need to be a good example to my kids. I have demanding roles to play daily and priorities that are far more important and my kids definately come first. Yes, I eat carbs! I don't like to get rid of carbs and I don't advise anyone to cut out carbs from their diets. Some of the stupidest ladies I met in my life were skinny and highly carb deprived...(you only realise how dumb they are once you work with them) Yes, too many carbs are bad for you but no carbs at all will slow your brain down. you need carbs for your brain to funtion normally. Its a proven fact! I still remember being very upset at my mom for drinking skimmed and low fat milk years ago... and now she has such serious issues with osteoporosis and her calcium intake. while it might be nice to do what everyone is doing and to be really skinny so clothes fit us better ..its also very important for us to maintain a balance and get the nutrients we need for our bodies to be healthy in the long run. So eat your carbohydrates and drink full fat milk - nothing wrong with that! If you rely on research from the internet then sadly you wont be eating cheese, bread, chicken, fruits...almost everything actually. It will just drive you mad Best is to be old fashioned and listen for diet advice from your doctor and not a blogger ____________________________________________________ @californiadreamingdbn

Now I have moved past that … I am a mom. I have a whole family to feed and nourish and it is imperative that I be a good example to my kids.

I have demanding roles to play daily and priorities that are far more important than following some fad diet. My kids definitely come first.

You need carbs for your brain to function normally. Its a proven fact!

    My mom was very conscious of how she looked and started dieting strictly many years ago but in the long run it wasn’t of any help as she ended up with many different issues that you can think of and she has to do blood transfusions every now and then eat whatever you want because you only live once!

    @ameenah_h why you worry about what people say ameenah? when i was skinny..like 53kgs…people said …you are so thin…a bag of bones..put some meat on!….when i had kids…they said…you put on hey?! you became very “healthy” …like WTF!? whatever you do people will have something to say! so rather just make yourself happy life is too short

    Yaaaaaas I’m always telling people that give me that “you eat a lot for such a small girl”, ” if you ate meat you wouldn’t always be hungry” I don’t care what you put in your mouth so kindly stay out of mine please and thank you. I’m happy and healthy what nothing else matters

    Those prawns look yummehhhh.. I’m trying to gain weight for years now 🙄🙄🙄 I’m so tired of everyone telling me how skinny I am.. Just decided to let the weight gain happen on it own 🤷

    @kavi_shka_ so true the human body is amazing. I know of people that were so health conscious…and died early. and others that eat junk and alcohol and live like forever! when its your time…its your time. you will die anyway

    Definitely agree. Attended a wedding recently and a table of young girls didn’t even move the serviette off the plate. They just sat there till everyone finished eat and then left. It makes everyone around them so conscious of what they eat. Food brings people together. But clearly these girls “weren’t all there” .

    @tahlialameez yes…you must notice how the skinny girls are always unhappy…they look gorgeous..but always in failed relationships or single…and it baffles them how “fat” girls are happy and have everything in life…. No offence to anyone…this is a general statement but its just based on my personal observation. Even myself…when I was skinny..I was unhappy…I had issues..I didnt have the confidence i have now. and you would think really skinny girls have EVERYTHING…they really dont. they may look like they are put together…but get to know them better and you will see it all unfold.

    @rae.rae.rae I noticed this too. When they dont eat…they have weird behaviour patterns and alot of them are suicidal and like to feel like victims of every situation

    I don’t eat bad carbs No bad issues at all I eat bread made with coconut n almond flour Delicious Not deprived healthy n losing weight is a bonus

    I love to eat! Anyone who knows me can vouch for this I do eat healthy as well but if I’m feeling for that pasta then I’m gonna eat it too
